If the concept does not meet the criteria above it will need to go through product management prioritization.
Any employee can submit an Alpha template which includes problem statement
Nicole or Scott to appoint owner and Product Marketing to create 4 assets based on template
30 days to test the idea and provide written feedback through template
Prioritize to be launched as a general release.

Nicole and/or Scott to provide sponsorship base on the templates
Monthly
Review feedback template
Scott and/or Nicole to review and decide:
Update and test again (back to concept)
Build and package + activate GTM resources
KPI: Product Marketing and Market Maker must be able to understand the customer problem and value proposition based on this (only). No additional meetings should be needed.

KPI: Should allow Nicole and/or Scott to decide if we should launch as General Release. Should allow GTM to improve assets and value proposition and/or should provide further understanding of the problem.
